Engineering analysis for machine builders
The analysis of the machine you design, in Turkish and in one program.
ANALİTİK SİMÜLASYON is being prepared to calculate the static and fatigue strength, vibration, buckling and motion of a designed machine, assembly or part. The program is at the measurement stage; no version has been released yet.
- Not on sale yet
- No release date given
- Part of the Analitik family
Four analyses, one design
The program is being designed to cover these four analyses. What goes into the first version will be decided when the measurements are complete; everything here is an aim, not a working feature.
- Stress and deflection The stress and deformation a part develops under load.
- Safety Safety margin against the material's yield and tensile strength.
- Fatigue A part's endurance and safety margin under varying or repeated loads.
- Stress concentration Places where stress builds up, such as holes, shoulders and weld seams.
- Natural frequency Natural frequencies of the part and the structure; resonance margin to motor and drive speeds.
- Buckling Buckling load of slender and thin-walled members.
- Kinematics Position, velocity and acceleration of a mechanism.
- Forces and torque Joint forces and the motor torque required; as loads for the strength analysis.
From design to analysis, in the same language
A part looks sound in the design; the real question is whether it will carry the loads of a running machine for years. And motion is not separate from strength: the forces of a mechanism are the loads on its parts.
No redrawing
Parts and assemblies designed in SOLIDWORKS or ANALİTİK KONSTRÜKTÖR should go into the analysis without being drawn again.
A report in Turkish
Menus, messages and the calculation report will be in Turkish; the report in a form that can be added to the machine's technical file.
With its family
The aim is to pass the motor torque from the motion analysis to ANALİTİK MEKATRONİK's drive selection and the calculation report to ANALİTİK YÖNETİM's technical file; how is being decided during development.
Same makers, same language
ANALİTİK ASİSTAN
Design assistant for SOLIDWORKS: part coding, product tree, drawings, revisions and production outputs.
ANALİTİK KONSTRÜKTÖR
Turkish-language CAD for machine design: parametric 3D parts, assemblies, sheet metal, drawings and 2D drafting.
ANALİTİK MEKATRONİK
Mechatronic design for machine builders: electrical schematics and panels, pneumatics and hydraulics, drive sizing, PLC.
ANALİTİK YÖNETİM
Integrated management system for machine builders: all work from quotation to service, tied to the project and the machine serial number.

Where we are, plainly
The program is at the measurement stage and not on sale. We give no dates: when a step is done, it is written here.
Measurement stage
- The calculation core is being compared with published closed-form solutions: in the first test on a cantilever beam the stress matched the closed-form solution exactly and the first natural frequency was within 0.05%
- Speed and memory are being measured for large parts
- Transfer of parts and assemblies from design programs is being investigated
First trial version
- The scope of the first version will be decided when the measurements are complete, and written here
- Screenshots and a detailed introduction on this site
Price and licence
- Price and licence terms will be published on this site together with the trial version.
Would you like to stay informed?
The program will be announced on this site when it is ready. If you tell us which analysis your machines need most (strength, fatigue, vibration, buckling or motion), it will be taken into account while the scope is decided. You may write in English or Turkish.
Questions
Will the program be in English?
The program is being designed in Turkish, like the other Analitik programs: menus, messages and calculation reports. This English page is for information.
When will it be released, and what will it cost?
We give no dates. The program is at the measurement stage; when a trial version is ready it will be announced on this site, together with price and licence terms. To be notified, write to iletisim@analitiksimulasyon.com.
Will it replace the well-known finite element and simulation programs?
The aim is not to compete with them; they carry years of experience. ANALİTİK SİMÜLASYON is being designed so that a machine builder can do day-to-day strength and motion analysis simply and in Turkish.
Parts from which design programs will it open?
The aim is to open parts and assemblies designed in SOLIDWORKS and ANALİTİK KONSTRÜKTÖR through the common STEP file format. What goes into the first version will be written on this site when the measurements are complete.
What does it have to do with the machine's technical file?
Turkey's new Machinery Safety Regulation (2023/1230/EU) was published in the Official Gazette of 16 October 2026; most of its provisions take effect on 20 January 2027. A machine builder demonstrates the conformity of a machine with its technical file. The aim is to link ANALİTİK SİMÜLASYON's Turkish calculation report to that file in ANALİTİK YÖNETİM.
Will it work with the other Analitik programs?
That is the aim: working together with ANALİTİK ASİSTAN, KONSTRÜKTÖR, MEKATRONİK and YÖNETİM. Which information is exchanged and how is being decided during development; what is ready will be written on this site.
